Join us in Downtown Brush on May 2, 2026 for the 5th Annual Cinco de Mayo celebration hosted by the Brush Area Chamber of Commerce! This fun, family-friendly event brings the community together with food, crafts, shopping, music, and more.
We’re currently looking for food vendors, craft vendors, retail booths, and informational booths to be part of the festivities.
📅 Vendor Registration Deadline: April 30, 2026
💲 Early Discount: Returning vendors and non-profits can receive $10 off booth fees if they apply by April 18.
Spots fill quickly, so don’t wait! Secure your booth and be part of one of Brush’s most vibrant spring celebrations.

Vendor Information
Brush! Area Chamber of Commerce General Vendor Event Agreement
This agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions for vendors participating in events hosted by the Brush! Area Chamber of Commerce. Vendors are required to adhere to the specific guidelines outlined in individual event forms, in addition to this general agreement.
Vendors are classified into the following categories:
Informational Vendors:
Vendors that provide information only and are not required to hold a sales tax or food license.
Craft/Retail Vendors:
Vendors that sell tangible items require a valid Sales Tax License or a DR 0589 Special Event Sales Tax License.
Food Vendors:
Vendors that sell food or drink products, which require a Food License or other food safety certifications. This includes vendors selling under the Cottage Food Act of Colorado and/or other required food safety certifications/licenses.
Vendors are responsible for properly disposing of all waste generated by their booth.
Food Vendors: Must dispose of grease in approved grease receptacles as outlined by Northeast Colorado Health Department and cannot dump grease into public sewer drains. Violations will result in immediate removal from the event and notification to the Health Department.
Craft/Retail Vendors: Must manage their packaging waste.
Vendors must take necessary steps to ensure their booth area remains clean during and after the event.
