Join us in Downtown Brush on May 2, 2026 for the 5th Annual Cinco de Mayo celebration hosted by the Brush Area Chamber of Commerce! This fun, family-friendly event brings the community together with food, crafts, shopping, music, and more.
We’re currently looking for food vendors, craft vendors, retail booths, and informational booths to be part of the festivities.
📅 Vendor Registration Deadline: April 30, 2026
💲 Early Discount: Returning vendors and non-profits can receive $10 off booth fees if they apply by April 18.

Community Appreciation BBQ

East Morgan County Library District Park | Brush, Colorado
Join us for Brush’s annual Community Appreciation BBQ, a free celebration dedicated to thanking our residents, customers, and local supporters. This beloved event brings together more than 700 attendees for an evening of food, music, activities, and community connection.
The City of Brush! provides the meat, the Brush Lions Club handles the grilling, and our local businesses help create a true community potluck experience.
Business Participation Opportunities
Local businesses, organizations, and partners are invited to participate in several ways:
🍽️ Host a Business Tent & Serve a Potluck Dish
Businesses are encouraged to bring a dish, drink, or dessert to share. 300+ servings suggested Tables are provided, and businesses may display signage or promotional materials.
🎶 Local Musicians
Solo artists and bands are welcome to perform throughout the event.
🎈 Family Fun Activities
We are seeking interactive, family‑friendly activities such as games, crafts, demonstrations, or hands‑on experiences.
🎁 Donation Items
Businesses may donate items for drawings held throughout the evening.
🤝 Community Resource Booths
Local organizations may host informational booths to share services and resources with attendees.

Vendor Information
Brush! Area Chamber of Commerce General Vendor Event Agreement
This agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions for vendors participating in events hosted by the Brush! Area Chamber of Commerce. Vendors are required to adhere to the specific guidelines outlined in individual event forms, in addition to this general agreement.
Vendors are classified into the following categories:
Informational Vendors:
Vendors that provide information only and are not required to hold a sales tax or food license.
Craft/Retail Vendors:
Vendors that sell tangible items require a valid Sales Tax License or a DR 0589 Special Event Sales Tax License.
Food Vendors:
Vendors that sell food or drink products, which require a Food License or other food safety certifications. This includes vendors selling under the Cottage Food Act of Colorado and/or other required food safety certifications/licenses.
Vendors are responsible for properly disposing of all waste generated by their booth.
Food Vendors: Must dispose of grease in approved grease receptacles as outlined by Northeast Colorado Health Department and cannot dump grease into public sewer drains. Violations will result in immediate removal from the event and notification to the Health Department.
Craft/Retail Vendors: Must manage their packaging waste.
Vendors must take necessary steps to ensure their booth area remains clean during and after the event.
